Charlie Norton

I received my B.Sc from UC Davis in Evolution and Ecology, and am particularly interested marine invertebrates. I became familiar with the ecology of San Francisco Bay while working as an invertebrate biologist for the U.S. Geological Survey in Vallejo, and came to SFSU to study zooplankton. I am working with Dr. Wim Kimmerer to better understand the dynamics of planktonic organisms in the Bay and Delta, particularly the role that copepods play in estuarine foodwebs.
