As a midwesterner that fell in love with the bay, I decided to stay in California and eventually graduated from SFSU with a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Ecology. After working in Dr. Kathy Boyer's wetland ecology lab for the last year, I now have the privilege of working with Dr. Stuart Siegel studying tidal marsh ecology and restoration as a student at the EOS center.
